All Pink Novembers products are proudly paraben-free.
We love animals too much to ever have tested on them and all of our products are cruelty-free — we only test on ourselves, our friends, and any participants!
All of our products are safe for sensitive skin and completely fragrance-free. We never use any synthetic fragrances that may irritate the skin.
Pink Novembers formulations work well with all skin types and are especially made with sensitive skin in mind.
Our pigmented and curated products are designed to be flattering on everyone, but if you don’t love your shade within 30 days of purchase, contact us at orders@pinknovembers.com to exchange for another shade.
Returns & Exchanges
Your order will arrive approximately 5-7 business days from purchase (Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico experience longer transit times) with standard shipping. All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 24-48 hours of purchase.
Standard shipping is free on all orders for a limited time.
Pink Novembers ships only within the United States and Canada.

Yes, if your package has not already been picked up by a shipping carrier. Please reach out to orders@pinknovembers.com and we will be glad to assist you!
Just email us at orders@pinknovembers.comand we will be happy to process the return or exchange for you. Note that we only accept returns and exchanges made within 30 days of the purchase.
Pretty simple, actually. We offer exchanges or refunds within 30 days of purchase. To start an exchange or refund, just email orders@pinknovembers.com. Make sure you have your order number or proof of purchase from our website ready. Note: we don't accept returns or exchanges for Pink Novembers products purchased outside of our website.
Once we recieve the notification that your order has been returned to us, a refund should be issued to your credit card within 24-48 hours.
Just shoot us a note at orders@pinknovembers.com and we’ll get the right products to you ASAP.
Billing
Your credit card will be charged immediately as soon as your purchase is confirmed.
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
If your form of payment is declined, please email us at orders@pinknovembers.com and we will be happy to get to the bottom of it.
Orders
If you would like to update your order and it has not already been picked up by a shipping carrier, please contact us at orders@pinknovembers.com and we will be happy to help you out.
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation where you can track your package’s location. You can also email us at orders@pinknovembers.com for an update on your order.
To cancel your order, please reach out to orders@pinknovembers.com and we’ll handle the rest if your package is not already on its way to you!
